Saeed Ibn Al
Saeed ibn Al-Aas Palace is an old archaeological palace in Wadi Al Aqiq in Madinah, built by the Companion Saeed ibn Al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) when he was governor of Madinah during the caliphate of Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him). Saeed ibn Al-Aas was known for his justice and wisdom in governing Madinah. He took care to develop the city, building roads and homes for the people, and was among the Companions famed for generosity and good governance. The remains of this palace still bear witness to the architectural history of the Wadi Al Aqiq area in the Umayyad era, and it is one of the archaeological landmarks that attract lovers of Islamic history in Madinah.
