Dar Al Madinah Museum

The first and largest museum specialising in the history of Madinah and its architectural and cultural heritage. The museum illuminates the bright pages of the history of Madinah, may the best of prayers be upon its most honoured resident, and reveals the landmarks of its heritage, its Islamic civilisation and the fragrance of its glorious history. The museum aims to enrich knowledge in specialised sciences and research on the history of Madinah, and is distinguished by its display of a large collection of artefacts and models that give a vivid picture of the landmarks of Madinah's history, in addition to a huge collection of rare photographs of the city's history.
