Dar Al Qalam Complex

The complex has several components that serve local people and visitors: the Arabic Calligraphy Centre, the art gallery and the educational photographs and documents centre, as well as the historic theatre and the Ithar Centre for scouting and volunteer services. The complex also includes a Quran memorisation institute, historical documents on education in the Madinah region going back more than 80 years, old photographs of education and its occasions in the city, a heritage public library, some antiques and archaeological items, and the records of old files used in the education departments and schools of Madinah.
