Bir Athq

Bir Athq is located west of Quba Mosque, slightly to the south. The homes of Banu Amr ibn Awf of the Aws tribe once stood on the site, and from then on the well became blessed. It is one of the Prophetic wells of Madinah, documented by the people of Madinah and by historians, and it is known to this day.
