King Abdulaziz Castle in Duba
King Abdulaziz Castle was built in 1352 AH (1933 CE) on a raised hill overlooking the market from the west, to serve as the seat of Saudi government in the area. It is considered one of the most important forts in the Tabuk region and lies in Duba governorate, in north-western Saudi Arabia. Built on a high plateau to serve as the seat of the region's emirate, it is made of limestone in the style of the area's forts and has been restored as a tourist facility. The castle covers 1,000 square metres.
