Al-Qara Hill, also known as Jabal Al-Shabaan, lies between the villages of Al-Tuwaithir and Al-Qara in Al-Ahsa Governorate, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. It is one of the most prominent natural attractions in Al-Ahsa and was inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2018 when the Al-Ahsa Oasis was added. The hill is 15 kilometres east of the city of Hofuf and contains caves, known locally as maghara. Some of them, such as Al-Nashab Cave, keep a mild, almost constant temperature throughout the year.
