Antarah Palace Ruins
The ruins of Antarah Palace sit on top of a rocky plateau known as Jaal Qusaiba, near the town of Al Quwarah in the Al-Qassim region. They include ruins and stone towers believed to have been used for guarding and for watching over the springs and palm orchards. The site is linked to the story of the pre-Islamic poet Antarah ibn Shaddad, and Thamudic inscriptions and rock drawings depicting ibex and camels have been found around it.
