Dumat Al
Dumat Al-Jandal Lake is not a natural lake but an artificial one, created in Dumat Al-Jandal in the Al-Jouf region in the north of Saudi Arabia. It is considered the largest artificial lake in the Arabian Peninsula. The lake lies east of the city of Dumat Al-Jandal and is surrounded by sand dunes and palm farms, giving it a unique scene that combines water and desert. Locals and visitors come for walks, family outings and photography, especially at sunset, and it is one of the most notable natural landmarks in Al-Jouf alongside its historic sites.
