Obhur Corniche

A seaside walkway and green lawns covering 27,000 square meters with 1,080 trees and palms, public swimming beaches covering 5,800 square meters, and a 2,600-meter cycling track, dry sandy beaches covering 10,350 square meters, a children's play area of 560 meters, and parking with more than 1,272 spaces, along with a 130-meter marine pier, service and investment buildings, marine works and fully prepared infrastructure, including an electricity network, a sewage network and a rainwater and flood drainage network. The project's equipment also includes 125 surveillance cameras covering the whole site, linked to a control room.
