Salvaje Al Khobar

Salvaje is a Japanese-Latin fusion restaurant inside the Kempinski Al Othman hotel on King Saud Road between Dammam and Al-Khobar. It has a sushi bar with creative rolls such as crispy salmon and spicy tuna, and dishes include wagyu fried rice, nine-hour slow-cooked lamb shoulder and crispy rice with salmon. The atmosphere is calm and refined, with an elevated view and an open kitchen, and the dress code is smart casual. Prices are high (main courses roughly SAR 115 to 140).
