Seabird is a seafood restaurant from London that opened its first branch in the Kingdom inside SLS The Red Sea resort on Shura Island. Its menu is built around seafood with Spanish and Portuguese flavors; highlights include octopus, oyster dishes and salt-baked fish. The restaurant is designed for long lunches, sunset dinners and evenings out, and suits couples and families staying at the Shura resorts. The best time to visit is just before sunset, and booking ahead through the resort is recommended. Opening hours: Sat, Mon and Wed–Fri 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM; closed Sun and Tue
