Darein is an all-day restaurant at InterContinental The Red Sea resort on Shura Island, serving Levantine dishes with Moroccan spices. Highlights include sea bass seasoned with Moroccan spices and wrapped in grape leaves, plus a cheese and bakery corner. It is on the ground floor and opens onto the pool and beach, making it suitable for family breakfasts and lunches for resort guests and visitors to Shura. Opening hours: Daily 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM
