Jon & Vinny's Bayfront

Jon & Vinny's is an Italian-American brand that began in Los Angeles, founded by chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo. In October 2026 it opened its permanent branch at Bayfront on the Al-Khobar Corniche, following a temporary run at Ithra in 2024. The menu is built around pizza and pasta. Among the brand's best-known dishes are the burrata pizza, rigatoni Bolognese and lemon spaghetti, and a breakfast menu is served in the morning.
