Aqabat Al Quroon Trail

The Al Quroon trail (Aqabat Al Quroon) is an ancient trade route linking the Al Soudah area with the heritage village of Rijal Alma, and is one of the best-known mountain hiking trails in Asir. The trail is relatively difficult at the start, where the path descends steeply among rocks before gradually becoming easier, and along the way there are remains of old stone buildings dating back to the days of ancient trade. The full trip takes about two to three hours on foot and ends at the historic village of Rijal Alma, making it an experience that combines adventure and history.
