Tariq Abdulhakim Museum

The Tariq Abdulhakim Center is a museum presenting the career of the great artist Tariq Abdulhakim in art and music, and it includes an interactive music hall where visitors can try the instruments themselves. It is located in the heart of historic Jeddah (Al Balad) and offers a free guided tour of about 20 minutes in Arabic and English. Abdulhakim won the UNESCO International Music Prize in 1981, the first Arab to do so. Admission is free. Open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
